Cat Cora Opens Third Airport ‘Kitchen’
Celebrity chef Cat Cora is now at the Salt Lake City International Airport, not to catch a flight but to help people eat good food even while traveling by air. ‘Cat Cora’s Kitchen’ is the new restaurant that has been opened on the airport’s Concourse B. This is the third such restaurant with San Francisco and Houston being the first two airport locations to have the Cat Cora restaurant.
Apparently, the restaurant, launched this Tuesday, offers travelers comfort food in a healthy manner. With dishes like “egg white scramble,” “Cobb salad with grilled avocado” and “flank steak soft tacos,” it seems like the travelers are going to have a good time even before their flight takes off. In the opinion of the chef, people who travel more often during the year, will find her restaurant to be “a beautiful, healthy gourmet spot to eat.”
With the new concept of airport restaurants, Chef Cora hopes to “change the landscape of American eating,” which, at present, lacks healthier and more nutritious options. Air travel just got a lot more tasty and healthy!
