Well, “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” ain’t easy. Kim Kardasian has achieved it again ! She is now the proud owner of a super hot bikini bod after losing ten whole pounds! A picture of it was posted on Twitter recently which had the men drooling and women going green with envy as usual. But is it all a day’s work for Kim?  Does the sexy Kardashian babe not have to work hard to get what she wants? Sure she does, and this is how she managed to fit into the itsy-bitsy bikini.

 


How Kim Became Slim

Sunfare’s 1300 calorie meal saw her through each day of the week as she became obsessed with losing weight, that too, pronto! The calorie Chicken Lettuce Cupsintake was scattered among five meals which included a dessert and snacks apart from the three main meals of the day. Kim also preferred to go sugar free and dairy free while refusing to eat any gluten rich grain as well. The result? A brand new Ms. Kardashian who looks gorgeous sitting on the yacht.

 

Flax Seed SoupWe are sure that Kim got all the vital nutrients and worked out on the treadmill thereby toning her muscles. She is also not averse to boot camp regulations when it comes to working out, we’ve heard. But crash dieting is still not acceptable  say the dieticians at least not one that can make you lose a whopping ten pounds in an equal number of days. You might just end up putting back all of it plus some extra pounds eventually.  But then all’s well when it end’s well and Kim is back in her super sexy avatar. Her favorite foods? Flaxseed soup and chicken lettuce cups! Thanks but no thanks, I’ll do without them for now!
