Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds Turn ‘Italian’
After spending a weekend at a Vancouver resort a few weeks ago, the cohabiting couple, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, proclaimed their love for Italian cuisine by visiting two different Italian restaurants within the span of 24 hours. The couple, with an 11 years age difference between them, dined at Graffiato and Sette Osteria on the same day in Washington, D.C.
They first had dinner on Wednesday night at Graffiato, where they had another couple for company. They ate roasted cauliflower, pizzas, potato gnocchi, asparagus soup, as well as desserts. In fact, the couple loved the gnocchi at Graffiato because they ordered it again next day, when they had lunch at Sette Osteria. A passerby told media that the couple were dressed casually. In fact, he said, Blake had messy hair, which she hid underneath a straw fedora and she was wearing shorts. Reynolds was wearing a baseball cap. Clearly, the couple were in a relaxed mood for an informal dinner.
Next day, at Sette Osteria, they again ordered gnocchi but also ate a crab cake sandwich with it. They skipped dessert this time though, the couple, joined by another couple, seemed happy with their meal.
Food is a weakness for Blake, as she pointed out in an interview, given recently for a magazine, “To be around me, you must love food or I’m the most obnoxious person you’ve ever met. I’m in a big cooking phase. That’s all I’ll talk about.”
Therefore, it is no surprise that the couple are often seen spending time at eateries in different cities of America and Canada, to which Reynolds belongs. According to a source close to Lively, “She is always looking for good places to eat.”
