Beyonce Knowles Shows Off Her Enviable Post-Pregnancy Curves

Beyonce Knowles Stuns With Her Post Pregnancy Look
The quick weight loss of this star within just three months of her delivery is definitely astonishing. Nevertheless, the 30-year-old singer had been determined to get back into shape and that too at the earliest. And, she has proved that nothing is impossible!
Rumors had been rife about this bootylicious babe hiring Jeanette Jenkins, the renowned Hollywood fitness trainer, to help her lose the excessive weight. However, her current trainer turned out to be Marco Borges. Borges will be her “live-in” trainer until Knowles accomplishes her goals.
Beyonce is on a strict diet regimen too – six meals a day, packed with protein. That means she is not starving, but of course avoids munching on snacks in between meals! Her workouts are as intense and strict as her diet plans. She works out for 2 hours a day. Borges has planned her workout in such a way that the new mom does not get bored. It is a mixture of various exercises – cardio, yoga, plyometrics, Pilates, and dance.
Beyonce’s goal was to achieve a 128-pound body from the 170 pounds she had after she had baby Ivy! And, the current looks are indicators that she is doing a good job!
All you new moms can now take heart by following Beyonce. So go out and try emulating her regimen and you are sure to knock off those extra pounds, post pregnancy. But of course, under supervision!
