Meal Time For Healthy Eating

In today's busy schedule, it is very important to eat on time and enjoy the food we eat, otherwise there is no point in keeping ourselves so busy.
At certain time of the day, the metabolism of human body is speedup and digestion is working at its peek. And at certain time of day, the digestion is not working at its best. So, we have to fix our eating time according to this. We should eat according to our biorhythm.
Breakfast time should be between 8 - 9 am. You should eat healthy breakfast. You should never eat your breakfast in hurry.
Lunch time should be between 12 - 1.30 pm.
Dinner time should be within 2 hours after sunset.
You should always finish your food at least between 15 - 20 minutes. Not less than that, not more than that. Then only we can enjoy our food.
We should also take good sleep. During sleeping, our body cells get repaired and charged up for the next day functioning. You should at least sleep for 6 - 8 hours per day.
