You should drink a lot of water, at least 8 times a day. Water lubricates your body and helps to flush out the unwanted substances and impurities out of the body.
Secondly, you need to have essential nutrients in your diet. You need proteins (building blocks of body), carbohydrates (energy provider), and fats (maintains healthy skin).
Exercise also helps in weight loss. It builds your muscles, and relives stress.
Rest is also very important for weight loss. You need at least a minimum of 7-8 hours/day of sleep.
