Raw green food and diet has long been claimed by many as the cure to man’s many health problems. Here at last is a remarkable proof of the miracles it can do for your body provided you have the discipline to stick to it and at the same time enjoy it as an experience.

Simply Raw: Reversing Diabetes in 30 Days is an independent documentary that showcases the journey of 6 diabetic individuals, who strive to bring their natural sugar level back to normal in 30 days by adopting a 100% raw plant based diet without any help from drugs.

Set at The Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center in Arizona, the film reveals the individuals’ recovery as they give up their normal diet of meat, dairy, heat treated food, sugar along with alcohol, caffeine and nicotine and at the same time reducing their insulin prescription slowly.

The raw diet mostly consists of fruits, vegetables, grains, sprouts, nuts and seeds. It is a vegan diet, with meals prepared at temperatures less than 118 degrees Fahrenheit to preserve the natural enzymes, nutrients, and the life-force energy from the sun. When food is cooked above 118 F, 50% of the protein is lost; 70-80% of the vitamins and minerals are lost, and close to 100% of the phyto-nutrients is destroyed.

By the end of the film the all most all of the individuals attain normal blood sugar levels and let go of their dose of insulin and prescription for diabetes that they had been dependent on, for years.

If these are actually the benefits, don’t you think it is worth a shot? The difference will be felt by your body itself!

If a diet like this can actually cure diabetes completely without any medication it is sure worth a try. What happens after the 30 days can we resume a normal healthy diet or do we have to stick to the raw diet for the rest of the life?

One would have to stick to it I believe. If a raw diet versus the regular medications and insulin and the health risks that tag along with diabetes. I would prefer the raw diet if faced with such a situation. I love fruits. I guess I may indulge a little from time to time but other than that... it may take time and discipline but hey I'd be healthy and fit! :)

I got your point! But, is there a diet option for people like me, who are hypoglycemic, which means suffering from very low blood sugar level? I ahve tried a few, but were of not much help!

If this really works, why only 6 people? And why is this not in world-wide main stream news?
