How To Roast Root Vegetables

This process is so easy and delicious yielding a very versatile food. In fact, it's so easy I wonder why it needed its own video except that it was part of a "Oven Roasts" video. Well, I guess that's what "Cooking for Bachelors" is all about. We roasted carrots, beets, and parsnip but you can roast almost any vegetable. Try plum tomatoes, onions, zucchini and red peppers. You can store them a few days in olive oil and eat them in salads as well. When you cook for yourself you can Save Money, Eat Healthier, Live Greener and Have Fun!
