Holly Mosier, 51 year old yoga guru, mom and author of the book "Stress Less, Weigh Less" talks about her personal experiences with stress and how she fought the battle of the bulge and overcame it. Holly opines that stress is the single most significant contributor to personal unhappiness which in turn triggers unnatural cravings and appetites. Controlling stress and keeping it at bay is half the battle won and yoga is definitely helpful in doing so. She advocates her famous 10 minute yoga regime with some basic flexes and stretches which goes a long way in calming one down.
