I love pineapple. Its got an amazing combination of sweetness, tartness and can be used in so many cuisines and dishes! I'm glad to learn its beneficial and not a food to avoid. A dietician once told me that pineapple is very high on calories and should be avoided. I didn't pay much heed to her advice :P
