Spirulina is blue - green algae which is powerhouse of nutrition? It is a perfect safe food for the people of any age-group. It provides you with tremendous energy and nourishment. It has no bad cholesterol. It has 18 amino acids and is richest source of beta-carotene. A perfect health supplement, spirulina is one of the few plant sources of vitamin B12, usually found only in animal tissues. So never think twice about taking spirulina in your diet.

There are countless ways though which you can incorporate spirulina in your diet; you can add spirulina powder to fruits or vegetables juices or to enhance the nutritional content of dishes. great source of information about spirulina, simply written and easily understood. Spirulina is a superfood indeed, it is also a great source of protein and iron. It has also powerful antiviral and antiallergenic properties.
