Among the Chinese foods for kids, this dish is quite interesting as its uses noodles with meat and vegetables.  You can offer this to kids for lunch or dinner. Buy thin lo mein noodles at Asian stores else use linguini or spaghetti in place of lo mein. Chicken taste good in lo mine as it is marinated in rice wine or sherry, sesame oil, and soy sauce. You can make the sauce thicker or little runny depending on your kids preference.
