One of my favorite seafood is the shrimp. Not only are shrimps available in a wide range of colors and varieties, the health benefits of shrimps are also very amazing.


The color and size of shrimps varies. There are pink, grey, brown and even yellow colored shrimps. The pink shrimp and giant tiger prawns are the most consumed shrimp variety. Since shrimps are available throughout the year both fresh and frozen, one can easily avail shrimps health benefits anytime.
