  • Rich sources of essential fatty acids such as salmon, sardines, mackerel are good for inflammation. The polysaturated fatty acids contain anti-inflammatory properties that relieve pain caused by swelling.



  • Aloe Vera, alfalfa, turmeric, bilberry are herbs that are effective natural remedies for inflammation symptoms.



  • Evening primrose oil is rich in gamma-linolenic acid which contains anti-inflammatory properties.



  • Ginger is a herb which is the best natural remedy for inflammation. It is packed with many compounds that prevent swelling.


 


Natural remedies for inflammation do not have any side effects. They work in different ways to bring down the swelling and reduce pain. Do consult your physician if inflammation persists does not reduce within a week.
