You can make strong decoctions with these herbs, and take them internally or apply them to the itching vagina, with a pad soaked in the same. Yeast infection natural remedy also include garlic. They have strong antifungal and anti yeast abilities, and it will be able to keep a check on the growth of the fungus. All you have to do is grit your teeth ad chew on a clove of garlic a day. You can also take them in your salads or in another other dish.


Another natural remedy for yeast infection is yogurt, and it is advisable to include this in your diet plan. Just ask specially for yogurt containing active cultures with Lactobacillus acidophilus, which can help fight the fungus.
