Grilling swordfish takes about 6-10 minutes only, all it needs is just one turn.


 


Pan Fry
One can use a frying pan for frying swordfish in olive oil or butter. It would take as less as 4 minutes and 8 minutes on a higher side.


 


Stir Fry
Stir fry steaks of swordfish after coating with whole meal flour. A brief fry and a gentle stir would suffice.


 


Poach
