Though it is said that aging process is largely governed by your genes, how you treat your body and what you eat also impacts the process of aging. Research shows that Orange and Green Vegetables May Prevent Aging by providing the right amount of vitamins and minerals required by the body to combat free radicals.


 


Antioxidants subjugate the attack of free radicals in the body, the hazardous molecules that damage cells and procure aging and other disease. These can be obtained from your daily diets in the form nutrients such as beta carotene, vitamins C and E and selenium.

Our bodies are capable of converting alpha and beta carotenes to Vitamin A. Carrots and green leafy vegetables have the highest amount of carotenes present in them and therefore act as anti aging vegetables.
