According to a recent study, food for boosting sexual appetite could be injurious to health. Apparently, these foods can cause serious health issues like heart attacks, brain hemorrhage, strokes, loss of hearing and high blood pressure or worse vision.
Recently, star online showed Health Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai saying, “We have found that some products contain active ingredients, such as sildenafil, tadalafil and verdanafil.” He also added, “These are used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and can only be supplied to patients by a doctor or a licensed pharmacist upon a prescription issued by a doctor.”
This was said by the minister after his visit to the pharmaceutical service division of the ministry.
The minister further quoted, “These medicines, if taken without proper management by a doctor, have severe documented adverse effects like heart attack and stroke.”
He also stressed on the fact that the manufacturers are making big money as there is a huge increase in the sale of such products. So, he warned all the manufacturers to stop the production and sale of these food items immediately.
Therefore, it is highly recommended that you don’t believe any such claims made by any company and remember that food for boosting sexual appetite could be injurious to health.
