Just a quick followup on my second day off from our first HEAVY DUTY™ workout.
This is the Log for the 11th day. It is the second day of rest after the 1st heavy duty workout. The body is still sore and weak. The intake of calories is very high as energy is getting drained very quickly. There is tightness in the muscles. These are just a few of the body's reactions to the intense exercises.
