Finally got my light FIXED..lol Anyhow, the 5 day break in period is over and now it is time to recover and let the body rest. I will take 3 days off (more if I am still sore) and than start in on the HEAVY DUTY Ideal Routine.
After 10 days of heavy duty workout, there are 5 days of break where the body rests and recovers. This is the log of the 5th day of the break and Big Andy is still felling sore in his legs, chest, back, etc. The heavy weights are very tiring and stressful.
