This is a quick recap of the second HEAVY DUTY workout number 2. I hit legs today , 1 set of leg extensions and leg press to failure (superset) and calves 1 set to failure and abs. I used a 4-2-4 count on all of them and it destroyed me.
This log is of the 14th day. Body mass is measured to check if there is any improvement. The workout included warm up, leg press and lifts and super sets which were very exhausting. To know more about the workout, watch the video.
