Part 6 of the Boise Experiment. Pre-workouts are completed and the HEAVY DUTY workouts start this weekend.
The pre workouts are over and the heavy duty exercises are going to begin to build muscle mass and loose maximum body fat. This is a LOG to document the happenings of those workouts. As the exercises are high intensity, the muscle feel sore and the energy is getting drained off faster. Modification to the diet has become important to accommodate the energy needs.
