Man, I am kinda hesitant about the workout today. Not feeling super energized, but I have had plenty of time off so I am recovered (at least I feel recovered). I think I'm just a little tired.
This is a continuation of the chest and back muscle exercises. It is done using bars with weight loaded and is very effective as it requires a lot of effort. Remember to do it in the presence and guidance of a trainer as it can cause injuries. Check it out.
