This is the abbreviated 7th HEAVY DUTY™ workout.

The 7th workout is for the chest, shoulders and back muscles. Using the dumbbells and bars, push and pull on heavy weights are done. This should only be performed under the guidance of a trainer, otherwise it may lead to injury. Check it out!
