This is our 4th HEAVY DUTY™ workout of the Boise Experiment.

The Heavy Duty workout 4 concentrates on the legs and thighs, it is very strenuous. All these workouts require expert assistance of a trainer. Do not attempt to do it alone without expert supervision. Watch the video to get an idea on these heavy duty workouts.
