This is the first HEAVY DUTY™ workout 1 from HIGH-INTENSITY TRAINING the MIKE MENTZER way ©. We are conducting the Boise Experiment and will be undergoing several HEAVY DUTY™ workouts in order to achieve both maximum muscle mass and maximum fat loss in as short a time span as possible.

The first session using the Mike Mentzer method. This includes workouts for the back and shoulders to get maximum muslces mass at the same time loose the maximum fat in a very short period of time. Watch this video to get started!
