Day before my first HEAVY DUTY High-intensity workout. Looking to gain about 30 lbs of lean muscle mass in 60 days.

This is a LOG after the pre workout session. They have taken rest for 5 days, and this is the third day documentation. There is an improvement in the muscle mass and weight and the body is sore and stiff. To know more in the difference after the workout, watch this video.
