Arms Workout During Pregnancy

During pregnancy, women need to stay physically fit and active, as this in turn will help them during and after childbirth. More than focusing on core muscles like your stomach, back etc., even your arms need a certain amount of exercise, as these will be used more often than desired, once you are a full time mother. To help you out in doing this exercise, is Lurene Cachola as she demonstrates the arm exercises with a little help from personal trainer Wendy Holmes.
