We follow a fun, unique style combining vinyasa yoga, ashtanga, power, sivananda, kundalini, functional core fitness, martial arts, qi gong, dance and meditation. Green smoothie cleansing diet and working with charity are also part of the program.
Dashama is a yoga practitioner, healer, teacher and author. She practices and teaches Pranashama yoga which combines ashtanga, sivananda, power yoga with martial arts and kung fu etc. It is a wholesome experience to practice this type of yoga and it is also therapeutic in nature.
