People going on long vacations tend to slack off from their exercise routines, because the mind tells them to relax as you are on a vacation. And this in turn relaxes the muscles from any fatigue or stress and the body begins to lack energy. But the real problem arises when you are trying to get back to the regular grind of exercising.
