Plank works on the core, when body twists are clubbed with plank it tones up the back and obliques as well. If the same exercise is done with dumbbells, then it also works on the abs and back. This is a combo workout as it targets many areas. In this video Katrina demonstrates the right technique of doing the plank with weighted twists. Watch it and do along.
