Hello everyone! In this video I am demonstrating how to do a proper lunge. When doing a lunge exercise it is important for you knee not to go past your big toe to avoid future knee injuries. Lunge exercises tone your thighs which include the quadriceps (front muscles) and hamstrings (back muscles) and your glutes (butt) which we all want nice and firm! To kick up the workout, simply hold some dumbells in your hands. Happy training!
