She starts thinking about her priorities in July. She has set 3 priorities which she has to achieve in this July month. These are:
1. She has to drink lots of liquids to prevent dehydration.
2. To continue not eating late night snacks or meals.
3. To eat meal at her dining table, not at her computer table.
