Lorie, often known as Inspire2Act wants us to see her Raw Fu 100 Day Challenge. She has never been on raw foods for 100 days and it's her first time.
In this video, Lorie is telling us about her diet for the 100 days.
She loves to have her drink which is prepared with lemon juice, cranberry puree, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, stevia, and water.
As far as food is concerned, Lorie has some home grown tomatoes, carrots, and water melon.
Since this is the first day of her challenge, she has decided to eat lightly. For workouts, she did some exercise in the morning for 45 minutes.
