In your breakfast, eat 1 whole egg or 2 egg whites. Make omelet with spinach and mushrooms with eggs. They are healthy and quickly prepared breakfast.
Along with omelet, drink whey protein shake. It does not contain any lactose. You should also include almonds, walnuts, or pecans in your breakfast. If you do not want to have nuts, then go for some cottage cheese with berries.
In the lunch, grab a salad prepared with tuna or chicken or shrimp. Add tomatoes, cucumbers, and other veggies of your choice.
For dinner, you can have lean beef, turkey or fish plus lots of green veggies.
If you cannot cut dessert from your diet, then go for 1-2 slices of organic cacao chocolate.
