How do you feel about gaining 10 to 20 pounds? Researchers say most Americans probably will within the next 10 years if they continue their current exercise and eating habits. In fact, the average American gains one to two pounds a year throughout much of adulthood.

Sadly true, and the worst is all the obese and diabetic children. Eat healthy fresh low fat foods!

they overeat on three meals but they really need to divide there three big meals into six small controlls hunger and boost your metabolism burning more calories. also eating healthy can lead to eating a little more. stick to chicken and fish with brown rice and vegatables. stay away from trans fats and saturated fats and high sodium. it doesn't hurt to read the nutrition facts before you buy an item. exercise. is big key. exercise sounds tough but isn't. walk thirty minutes twice a day everyday. the biggest key is you have to be strong mentally because cutting down eating isn't easy and you'll see something that you want but you just have to tell yourself "no". one thing that helps is chewing gum. the extra commercial is true. chewing does stop craving.

That's a very sad thing. I think that parents should have a short course on how to prepare healthy food for the family to prevent obesity and diabetes in children which also includes themselves.
