Kristen Stewart Breaks Her Diet Norms
Kristen Stewart confesses to having a "disgustingly normal" diet. She never followed any strict diet and has always been eating the regular fatty stuff. Like any other normal teenager she ate all the junk and never counted calories. Check out what kind of food makes the petite New Moon star salivate.
Her Favorite Food
Kristen drools over Mexican food. She loves her pastas too. As a teenager her metabolism is rapid as a result of which she can remain thin even with her not so healthy diet.
One of Kristen's Favorite Recipe is Tortilla Soup.
The ingredients for her soup are:
Canned diced tomatoes
While all the ingredients simmer, she divides her tortillas into wide strips, about 2 inches and then grills her favorite tortilla until toasted. While serving the soup she transfers them in a bowl and garnishes with strips of tortilla, avocado and cheddar cheese.
Kristen loves Italian food. She experiments with different pasta dishes like pasta with cream, fettuccine alferdo with cream, Romano cheese with basil. Another thing which she loves to do when in Italy is to bake pies .In an interview she has spoken about the loquat tree in the backyard of her house which inspired her to bake pies. Kristen does not get discouraged by the fact that loquat fruits are not easy to peel. She and her pal Reed share their common liking for pies .Her boyfriend of those times Mike Angarano was also fond of these pies.

Kristen had to forgo some of her favorite foods like pies, cheese and her ever favorite pastas. She had to control her intake of red meat and butter. She eats lean meat instead of heavy meat pies which she loves.The trick is to eat light and stay light.
She is also into horse riding, swimming, yoga and dancing which keeps her fit and slim.
Following Kristen's diet could be an effective way to lose weight. Giving up high cholesterol meat, butter and cheese will sure make you fitter and healthier, but yes an occasional treat is allowed!
