Kim has taken to dieting seriously since her divorce with NBA player Kris Humphries. She has eliminated gluten, dairy and sugar from her diet. She maintains her 5’ 2” frame at 107 lbs and works-out vigorously to maintain her svelte figure.
Kim’s daily diet is actually simple, boiling down to 1400-1500 calories per day. Breakfast comprises of a peanut butter –banana-protein veggie powder smoothie. Lunch is Cobb salad with ranch dressing accompanied by iced tea with Equal sugar sweetener. Snacks are in with sugar cookies and sliced apples with peanut butter.
