The Nia Long Diet

Nia Long is someone who enjoys her curves, because she thinks, "being super-skinny ages you." Alrightee then! Nia Long eats close to 1400 calories a day and also works out as per Harley Paternak's 5 Factor Diet and Fitness Plan. In the mornings, she starts with a fat-free bagel with fat-free cream cheese and smoked salmon Nia Long has always been an advocate of multivitamin supplements, so takes Formula 50, 2 oz. aloe vera juice and a liquid multivitamin with minerals along with her breakfast. As a mid morning snack she has garlic roasted hummus, which is both a carbohydrate and a protein. For lunch, she eats, Cobb salad with turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato and 3 ounces of roasted chicken.. Nia Long eats Apple tart (apples, cinnamon, crushed Kashi GoLean cereal and whey powder) created Harley Pasternak. On an ideal night, she has shrimp stir fry with brown rice and 1 cup broccoli in cooking oil spray with 1/8 cup low-sodium soy sauce as dinner.

Nia Long is also someone who said, “For Black people, it’s really important that they eliminate sugar and anything “white” from their diet. We have that history of sugar diabetes and anything carb-related turns into sugar. The best thing to do to really have a balanced diet is to try to eliminate it. Rather than eat it every day, eat it once a week.”Nia Long Diet

As per the 5 Factor Fitness plan, Nia works out for 25 minutes each day for 5 days a week. She starts with 5 minutes of cardio, followed by 5 minutes of weight training, 5 minutes of core exercises, 5 minutes of stretching and cools off with 5 minutes of cardio.

Final Word on the Nia Long Diet:

Sensible! But I will not advise you to go overboard with your multivitamin supplements. Even if they are multivitamins, you'll still have to consult a doctor before consuming them. So...umm.. Mazel tov!
