But this does not mean that this sensational actress is depriving herself of all the tasty things; she has just found the right balance. Kim Cattrall comes from a generation when Jane Fonda workout tapes, were selling like hot cakes. “This generation of women that I'm in, we have been brought up with Jane Fonda workout tapes and fresh air is good for you and exercise every day and drink eight cups of water and it's paid off at this time of my life.” she said. This grand lady of television says that it is important to stay fit for yourself and not for someone else. “I don’t do it for a guy. I do it for me. It’s about taking care of yourself.” Kim Cattrall said. As per the details given to the people magazine, on a typical day Kim Cattrall would have papaya juice, an English muffin, some cheddar cheese and tomatoes for breakfast. In the mid morning, she would sip on unsweetened ice tea. For lunch she would have gazpacho with French bread, some cod fish, salad, unsweetened ice tea and some crème caramel for dessert. For dinner, Kim Cattrall would have some salad with blue cheese dressing, chicken breast and finish it off in style with a glass of Chardonnay. Her daily diet has an average of 2000 calories.


           


When it comes to her fitness, the Golden Globe winner has a personal trainer who helps her with aerobics, Pilates, and yoga. “I do easy exercises to lose weight, as much as I can. If I don’t exercise, I feel sluggish. I try to do 30 minute,” she said. Besides, she also enjoys going on long strolls on the crowded streets of NYC. "There's a lot of eye candy in the stores to look at, there's a lot of eye candy, period, to look at!"she said to Marquee magazine with a sly grin on her beautiful face.
