But she took it real slow when it came to losing the baby weight. "I've been working out when I can, and I'm trying to eat in a healthful way, but losing weight is not my No. 1 priority," Adams said in a interview with Parade magazine."It's part of my job to return to some semblance of what I was before. But I don't feel I've ever made my career on my rockin' bod," she said about her body and body image. Amy Adams also confessed that she has never been skinny and has never been on any crazy, self-denial diets. "I've never been into deprivation," she said. "Those bones that show in women's shoulders when they're extra skinny? I never had that, even at my thinnest. I don't even think I have those bones."
When it came to actual losing weight bit, this Doubt actress was in no doubt in trying to find an alternative to the treadmill. "Some mom friends said it's [pole dancing] a good way to lose the baby weight," she said. "And I'll do anything to get off of that treadmill."Adams is back in the hood with this high energy pole dancing and strip aerobics routines.
