Her energy and zest extends into all the aspects of her life. She is in a great shape and she is also in a great place in life. She also knows a thing or two about being fit in your mid-forties. Many said that Teri Hatcher could probably be having an eating disorder. Though it might be slightly hard to believe, she says that she has always been on the skinnier side. And right now she is focused on being healthy and strong. "I've never been a dieter. I put blueberries in oatmeal, but I also put brown sugar in." On the other hand, there's not much of a chance for a hot fudge sundae, either. "I'm more of a savory person than a sweet person – I'd rather have an extra bowl of pasta than a piece of chocolate," says Teri Hatcher. There is also reason now to believe that she is eating healthy balanced meals these days.


             


Teri Hatcher takes her fitness seriously. On a typical day at the gym, her routine would include a 10-minute workout of 20 lunges, squats, bicep curls, shoulder presses, push ups and chair dips, followed by a Pilates session. She also swims in her backyard pool whenever she is not in the mood to go to the gym. We also know that Teri Hatcher is a big fan of Strip Aerobics, and we have also seen that on Oprah. “It’s all geared around stripping moves and you actually dance on a pole. I know it sounds funny, but it’s great for all your muscles and it’s actually really empowering because it’s not about turning a guy on – it’s about turning yourself on and learning to be comfortable with your own body,” said Teri Hatcher in an interview.
