Emma Stone Diet

Celebrity Diet - Emma StoneThe Emma Stone diet is kickass. Why? This 22 year old actress is mocking all the fad diets that exist in Hollywood and is going old school in terms of diet and exercise. Emma Stone is Hollywood's fastest selling commodity actress today. After having done movies like Crazy, Stupid Love and Friends with Benefits, she says that she understands the importance of staying fit. Jim Carrey, her 'The Help' co-star was quick to acknowledge by saying, “She’s beautiful, stylish and fit!”. Let's check out what's hot about Emma Stone's diet!

The Emma Stone Diet:

I like this Easy A actress already. She has made epic fun of Tracy Anderson's diet methods which I don't support either. "That diet, have you seen it?" Emma Stone said of Anderson's methods. "It's like: Eat this diet, which is a palm-size piece of chicken and some beans, and work out two hours a day for the rest of your life." Emma Stone believes in healthy eating. Though details as to what she eats on a day to day basis not available, we have a good reason to believe that she is eating healthy balanced meals. She is most likely to eat whole grain carbohydrates, lean meat, fresh fruits and vegetable.

When it come to her fitness, this young actress who graced the cover of Vanity Fair magazine's 9/11 issue said that she goes rock-climbing at Chelsea Piers in NYC. Rock climbing needs a lot of stamina and it is a super quick way to tone up the muscles. Emma also swears by Pilates. She is often found going in and out of a fitness studio that offers pilates training in Los Angeles. Emma Stone also likes to go on long walks and jogging, and she likes to keep it au naturale.

Final Word on the Emma Stone Diet:

Whatever that she is doing is definitely working for her, especially her fitness routine. If you are looking at getting it to shape, please ditch the idea of fad diets(especially Tracy Anderson's) and get into healthy eating. Be involved in a physical activity of choice and that will help you get there sooner.

Jim Carrey was not in 'The Help' and the quote attributed to him is in fact from another web article about Emma Stone's diet. It was not actually a quote from him, just part of the article.
