Celebrity Diet - Keira KnightleyThere is no special Keira Knightley diet and she has always been skinny. I mean her frame hasn't changed a bit in the past one decade or so. Reportedly, this Pirates of the Caribbean actress has some blessed 'slim' genes in her and she also works out regularly. There are many who think that she is sexy, smokin', sensational et al. So let's check out the Keira Knightley diet or rather the semblance of it.


                           


Keira Knightley Diet:


Keira Knightley has vehemently denied the notion that she might be anorexic. She also stated that she had seen her grandmother and some of her friends suffer from anorexia, and that she is not. She said that she has inherited the 'slim' genes from her parents. Keira Knightley stands 5' 7” and weighs 51 kilos, the last time we checked. When it comes to her diet, she says that she just one rule; listen to your body. If she craves for fish, she will have a fillet or two. She also described her perfect evening food would be Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi and Dhingri Mutter, accompanied by a bottle of Cobra beer. In an interview, she said, “I’m a big foodie. In my family life, all good things revolve around the dinner table. My mum’s cooking is great. We have big dinners, and big everything. There’s nothing like a really good chip, a really crunchy, good chip. And I love pasta. I make Bolognese with tons and tons of Parmesan cheese.” ”I am not anorexic. I eat when the body asks it.” she also said. I can't help but feel that she trying had to convince that she is really eating.


                                                  


When it comes to working out, Keira Knightley hates it. Gym is definitely not her most favorite place in town. She however has a personal trainer who helps her maintain her already toned body. She trains for 90 minutes, 3 days a week. She does core strengthening exercises like weight lifting and abdominal exercises. She begins and ends her training by stretching for 15 minutes. Though she doesn't have something called as 'fat' in her body to burn, she swims. Swimming is a great way to burn fat and tone up the entire body.

Keira Knightley as she says might be naturally thin. So, people shouldn't get the wrong idea and decide to go on crazy diets in an attempt at becoming a Size 0 like Keira Knightley. Unless you have a similar body type like hers, you should know that it is not possible to look the way she does.


                                       


So, go and figure out what is your own ideal weight and body. Work towards achieving it healthily. Do not starve yourself. Eat healthy, balanced meals. Drink plenty of water. Hit the gym and burn out those calories.
