Mischa Barton Diet
The Mischa Barton diet has always been under media scrutiny for the last couple of years. As a result of this, it is a sorry fact that media puts a lot of pressure on young actresses like Mischa to look a certain way. Her weight has fluctuated from curvy to slender to skinny. Therefore, the media has been quick to call her a 'yo-yo' dieter. However, despite heavy media speculation, Mischa continues to eat healthy and her family helps her stay grounded. Let's take a look at the Mischa Barton diet.
The Mischa Barton Diet:
Mischa Barton claims that she doesn't give a damn about what the media talks about her body. “I'm proud of my body. It's either you're too fat or you're too skinny - you can't win, so who cares? I eat healthy and sometimes I pig out, but I exercise regularly.” In her blog she also said, I have cut back on fatty foods a bit. My time in India and Paris really just helped me lose a little bit of weight but there's nothing drastic going on!” She is also one of those actresses who like to keep themselves hydrated at all times. She has often been spotted drinking a lot of coconut water.
Moreover, these days she is a regular at a Beverly Hills gymnasium, which, again is a positive aspect of the Mischa Barton diet. Elaborating upon her exercise regime, Mischa says, “I'm into Pilates and I'm always out with my dogs, so I just burn it all off. I'll hike around the canyons, then really step up my cardio. I'll run for hours."
This concerned O.C actress also left a message for all her female fans on her blog, in which she said, “To my female fans: Just be happy and secure with yourself and don't let other people's perceptions of you dictate the way you live your life." Amen to that!
Final Word on the Mischa Barton Diet:
Maybe the press should leave her alone. She is doing alright now. As for you my friend, if you are looking at having a slender figure like Mischa Barton, it is achievable only if you have a bone structure like hers. If you don't have a frame like hers, figure out what is your body ideal and work towards it. Eating healthy and hitting the gym regularly is part of that process too, if you know what I mean. Good luck!
