Taylor MomsenRemember the little Cindy Lou Who from 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas?' Well, that is Taylor Momsen, who is 18 years old now. Taylor Momsen is also our television's favorite Gossip Girl Jenny Humphrey. Some say that she is quite skinny (which we think she is), which would naturally make us curious about the Taylor Momsen diet. But the fact remains that she is still a teenager who has great metabolism, and perhaps the 'lean' gene. Despite that, we bet that you would love to know all about her dietary plans, wouldn't you?


 


The Taylor Momsen Diet:


The 5ft 8in star says that she is just kind of naturally thin. She also says that her mother is really thin, and she gets the good genes from there. And just like many teenagers, I think she is still trying to figure out the proportions of her own body. “My legs are really long and that’s cool apparently, but I’m totally klutzy. I mean, I’m like Bambi. I fall all over myself because I can’t control my arms and my really long legs.” However, Taylor Momsen claims that she eats healthy. She loves Japanese cuisine and her friends swear that she can make some really tasty vegetarian burgers as well. She also seems to like aereated drinks like Pepsi and Diet Coke, but she also drinks a lot of water. And before we forget, she claims that she stays away from alcohol quite religiously.




 


Although we are not sure if Taylor Momsen hits the gym regularly or not at all, since she also has 12-hour Gossip Girl shoots quite often, she says that the only way to keep fit is to walk a lot. And since Taylor lives in New York city, she prefers to walk than take a cab to cross a couple of blocks. She also enjoys a Spanish siesta in the afternoons. In some countries it is called as the 'power nap' where you sleep for an hour or so in the afternoon. This gives the body the much needed rest and keeps one active for the rest of the evening.




 


Final Word on the Taylor Momsen Diet:


Well she is 18, and at 18 anything goes. What we mean here is that when you are a teenager your metabolism is naturally high and little physical activity is enough. But as one grows older, hitting the gym regularly and eating healthy balance meals is the only way to have a fabulous body. Mazel Tov!

I like this approach of hers. She talks about no big ways to remain trim and healthy. Yes teenagers do have a great metabolism and if you are genetically endowed then there is nothing like it. But teenagers also have to remain active to use their metabolism to take advantage of their great metabolism to the maximum. Nowadays, unfortunately,many teenagers are also gaining more than optimum weight owing to their habits,like not exerting themselves physically and being addicted to high-calorie junk foods.

I seriously feel that this dieting exercise has been done to death by now. Why are people so obssessed with looking thin? Just be yourself and enjoy life while it lasts....

Im envious of all those who are naturally thin and don't need to exercise to remain thin. But surely those who are thin and obsessed with being thinner bugs me more!

Taylor Momsen has been 5’8″ since she was 16 and she is done growing. But her feet has grown 3 sizes bigger since she was 14. Taylor Momsen was 5’7″ and had size 7 feet when she was 14. Taylor Momsen was 5’7″ and half and had size 8 feet when she was 15. Taylor Momsen was 5’8″ and had size 9 feet when she was 16. Taylor Momsen was 5’8″ and had size 9.5 feet when she was 17. But now Taylor Momsen is 5’8″ and her shoe size is 10. Taylor Momsen may not have grown in height since she was 16 but at least her feet grew. Taylor Momsen will never be 5’9″ or taller. Taylor Momsen will be 5’8″ for the rest of her life. I thought Taylor Momsen was 5’11″ because she has extremely long legs, was over 5’0″ when she was 12, her dad is about 6’4″, and her shoe size is 10. Her mom is only 5’3″. I was surprised and a little disappointed to find out that she is only 5’8″.
