Ashley Tisdale Diet
I couldn't help but dissect the Ashley Tisdale diet because I grew up watching the Disney Channel's "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody," in which she plays the role of the quirky candy counter girl Maddie. This 26-year-old actress/singer has a well toned body and a personality to match it. On that note, let's check out her fitness regimen.
The Ashley Tisdale Diet:
To begin with, Ashley Tisdale loves to eat......a lot! But lucky for her, she has a fantastic metabolism. “I eat a lot of food. The guys are like, ‘You eat more than we do!’ It’s kind of crazy. I eat food for the energy, and obviously I have to eat a lot because I’m burning so much,” she said. Ashley Tisdale eats about 6 small meals a day. She eats a lot of lean protein and consumes less carbs. In fact, she does not eat carbs after 3pm. She prefers to eat apples, hummus, celery, almond butter, fish, steak or turkey. Sundays are her cheat days where she eats just about anything. “Sunday’s my day off, where I eat whatever I want," she has said. "I don’t not let myself have something. I do love French fries and bread." Ashley, like a lot of us out here, is addicted to coffee. She enjoys Folger’s coffee with coffee mate in particular.
It was actually an accident that made her take fitness more seriously. She met with an accident that hurt her back, and in order to strengthen her back she had to strengthen her core muscles. She was also so thin that she had start from the scratch. That was when Ashley Tisdale hired her trainer, Christopher Hebert. Under his supervision, she does 30 mins cardio and 30 mins strength training 3 to 4 times a week. She runs on the treadmill or uses the elliptical machine as a part of the cardio. She also likes to run up the stairs with a medicine ball in hand. When it comes to strength training, Herbert makes sure that she works on her entire body. "I was always superthin, too skinny, actually, I felt like someone could break me in half. I realize now that being a bit more curvy and toned is so much more beautiful," she said.

Her diet is nothing out of the ordinary as per the Hollywood standards. Running stairs with a medicine ball does sound interesting though. But then, that is it about Ashley Tisdale's diet.
