The Anna Faris diet came into focus when she lost 10 pounds for her role as a Playboy Bunny in the movie; House Bunny. "I think before the movie I was the last woman in Los Angeles who hadn't done Pilates. Now it's part of my daily routine," she said. Let's take a look at her diet and fitness regimen now.


 


The Anna Faris Diet:


Anna Faris has always been on the thinner side but it was quite a task for her to tone up and look that great in the movie House Bunny. She had to make some serious changes with her diet and had to workout for 5 days a week. This 34 year old, naturally blonde actress says that it was totally worth the sweat. Anna Faris was kept on a monitored diet for 30 days prior to the shoot of the movie. During that time, she ate only fruits, vegetables and lean meats; and also tried the Acai Berry diet. She also had to stay away from processed carbohydrates.


 


It was also during this period did she discover Pilates. Now, Pilates is great way to strengthen your core muscles and to tone up. And like I said before, Anna Faris worked out 5 days a week and each of her workout session was for 45 minutes. While at the gym, she did weight lifting, lunges, sits-up, and running on the treadmill. Anna is an outdoorsy person and she loves to hike with her friends. “I really like to hike. I love the idea that it invites so much conversation with the people that you’re with. Before you realize that you’ve worked out hard, you’ve also had a great moment with your friends or whomever you’re with,” she said enthusiastically.

Anna Faris is just like everyone else. She is not a big fan of going to the gym, but she does it any way. That is because she knows that it is the only way to stay in good shape and to be healthy.
