She also drinks more than 2 liters of water every day to keep her system clean.
We have to note that Renée Zellweger has always led a very active life right from her childhood days. She was a cheerleader and a gymnast in school. Proof has it that she also took part in soccer, basketball, football and baseball. Renée has always enjoyed doing cardio more than anything else. She involves herself in outdoor activities like hiking, running, walking, and jogging very often. And I also suspect that she is doing some serious amount of weight training.
