She sure has cast her charm as the southern belle Sookie Stackhouse in the HBO Vampire series and left a lot of us wondering what she does to stay in such great shape. She is not one of those actresses who lies to the media. She is very realistic. Anna Paquin said, "I don't want to be one of those actresses who says, 'I eat cheeseburgers all the time,' I don't! I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables." So is Anna Paquin on a perpetual diet? Not exactly but jokingly she says, "It's the "Well-what-would-you-eat-if-you-were-being-photographed-in-a-bikini-tomorrow?" diet." It is only fair that she has that in mind, because she has to look good doing the nude scenes that True Blood calls for. Anna Paquin continues, "I mean, it's not anything wildly specific. I eat a lot of vegetables. I eat a lot fruit. I don't eat fast food ever. I don't eat a lot of dessert. I don't eat a lot of crap." When it comes to her fitness, Anna Paquin has always been physically active for most parts of her life. She had gymnastics training right from her childhood. It is no surprise that she enjoys gymnastics style training and workouts like Trapeze class. She also regularly does Pilates, Bar Method and Core Fusion cardio workouts. Anna Paquin's trainer Clay Burwell has only good things to tell about her. He said, “She’s a damn good boxer and a gifted athlete, her endurance is some of the best I have ever seen.”

Very sensible. Staying away from junk food and eating healthy food is the only way be. Also exercising regularly would always help. In simple words, Anna Paquin is going the traditional way of fitness, and she is setting the right example for everyone. You can try what she is doing too.
